About Drops
How often do you release new collections?
I drop new collections every 2–3 months. Each one is limited, handmade, and one-of-a-kind.
Can I reserve an item before a drop?
No — drops are first come, first served! To snag your favorite piece, follow @Sewnbysloann on Instagram and turn on post notifications.
What happens if something sells out? Will you restock it?
No, everything is one-of-a-kind unless you request a custom remake of a sold-out piece from a past drop. I do not remake pieces that have not yet dropped or pieces that are still available — unless you want a different size.
How do I know my size?
Sizing notes are listed on each product page. If you have specific fit questions, feel free to reach out through the Contact page before purchasing!

Custom Orders
Do you accept custom orders?
Yes! You can submit a free custom order request through the "Contact" page on my website or by emailing me directly at torisloanstevens@gmail.com.
Please title your email "CUSTOM ORDER REQUEST."
Can I request small changes to designs from drops?
Not for pieces already released in drops. However, you can always request a fully custom piece if you’d like modifications or a similar style.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
Currently, I ship within the United States only.
How long does it take to ship an order?
Orders ship out within 5–7 business days unless otherwise noted.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes, expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
Can I do a local pickup if I’m in Miami?
Yes! Just select the local pickup option during checkout and we’ll arrange a time.
Can I update my shipping address after ordering?
If you made a mistake with your shipping address, please contact me within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, I cannot guarantee address changes due to processing times.
Returns & Issues
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the handmade and limited nature of each piece, all sales are final.
What if my order arrives damaged or defective?
If your order arrives damaged, please email me at torisloanstevens@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
All claims must be submitted within this timeframe to qualify for review.
Note: Damage claims submitted after 48 hours, or without photographic proof, may not be eligible for replacement or store credit.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
All orders are final once placed. Please double-check your order details before completing checkout.

What materials do you use?
All pieces are made from premium materials — either 100% organic cotton, bamboo yarn, or a premium blend. Material details are listed on each product page.
How do I care for my crochet pieces?
To best preserve your handmade item:
- Gently hand wash in cold water using mild detergent.
- Do not wring or twist the piece — gently squeeze out excess water.
- Lay flat on a clean towel to dry, reshaping as needed.
- Avoid hanging crochet pieces to prevent stretching.
- Keep away from rough surfaces to avoid snagging.
